Roasting Sticks
Telescoping sticks for marshmallows and hot dogs that keep hands back from the heat.
Learn moreCampfire Stix is a new line of campfire cooking gear built around the part of camping everyone remembers: the food and the fire. Roasting sticks, popcorn poppers, pie irons and fire tools are in development, and the guides here are written to help you cook well and stay safe while you wait.
Walk through a camp store and you will find the same pattern: a coat hanger turned into a skewer, a flimsy popper that warps on first use, a pie iron with a handle too short to hold comfortably. The fire is the whole point of the evening, yet the tools meant to cook over it are often the least considered thing in the car.
Campfire Stix starts from the cooking end. How far should a stick reach so a child stays back from the heat? How should a popper be shaped so kernels cook evenly without scorching? How do you keep a hot iron from becoming a hazard at a crowded fire ring? Those questions shape every product line we are developing, and they shape the guides on this site too.
